Black Trumpet Mushrooms are fungus shaped like a funnel, thin, like a trumpet. It have color from grey to brown or black. It taste like a combination of cherries and plums. Highly recommended to be used as a sauce on the fish, can be added to soups or stew thanks to its texture and flavor. Can be obtained in the near broad-leaved trees and spruce forest, from the Summer’s End to the Fall’s beginning.
Dried Fungi Porcini
Dried Porcini mushroom have ochre to light or dark brown, shaped like hemispherical then convex, thick brown, and have fleshy cap. It slight aroma but sweet flavor which reminds the nut’s taste. Regular served with pasta cut into small slices. Very common in summer and fall, under conifers and broad-leaved trees.
