Spaghetti Nero di Seppia comes from the island of Sardinia. The dark color is obtained from squid ink, It definitely has a different taste and texture than other pastas. Black squid ink pasta is delish to paired with shrimp and scallops in a light white wine sauce.
Spinach Fettuccine is a pasta made from semolina flour and spinach, has a bright green color of spinach is nice to paired with the vegetables topping and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
